PARTNER WANTED FOR CLASSIC CAR START UP BUSINESS / WORKSHOP

I am looking for a highly experience classic car mechanic / shop manager/  business manager who is keen to set up and run their own business on a long term basis. You will need to invest time and money ( which I will match ) in the business.You will be a part owner/ director of the business.

I have extensive  experience in the motor trade at various  levels ( although my background is in property ) and I know the difficulties of making any such business successful.

I own a industrial unit in Potters Bar ( pictured ) which would be ideal for the workshop and I used to run a Ducati dealership/ Ducati specialist from there from 2006 to 2015

My passion is Jaguars but the workshop could / should be for any high end makes  and even include fabrication/ repair to the point of one off car builds. The direction is high end. 

I will put in half of the start up capital and will offset the rent on the unit ( as a loan )  as the business gets up to speed. I will also work at various levels initially on account to ensure the business works ( I am not scared of 80 hour weeks ) for a while but do not intend to be at the unit on a regular basis so you will be the boss. You will need to be located locally

This is a major and rare opportunity for the right  person looking to secure a long term position which includes a 50% share in the business.

I am open to any suggestions but need commitment with capital to avoid chancers and dreamers.

The car pictured attached is not a teaser , it could be built at the unit  The second picture is the unit itself which will need minor adaptation ( which I can do ).

As you will see I also have a interest in vintage watches !
