I am the owner of Watches Of Westminster please read the about me Section on my website. I really do like buying and selling watches especially vintage models/ old watches anything up to late 90s ) even more so when they need some rescue / repair . Its not about the money ( thats a very long story ) and you do meet the most interesting people / customers in this business .
Sadly the most prominent company in this market Austin Kaye the cornerstone of vintage / high end watch retailing for over 60 years sadly closed their shop on the Strand central London. So many people ( even me ) have now have to forgo that lunchtime browse of gorgeous want to have watches ( I even went into the shop last year and nearly bought a Speedie at retail !!)
If your heading to London and want to look at a few of my watches just let me know and I would be happy to meet you at your hotel or any other (public ) location to suit in or around London and talk watches especially if that include a PX. Old watches are a passion for me.
Its just what I do and it is for the fun of it
